Wood-Fired Catering for Any Crowd
2025 Booking Update: For July and August, we’re only accepting events with a backup plan or the option to cancel if extreme weather or wildfire smoke becomes a concern. This includes forecasted temperatures over 100°F and AQI levels above 300. Our wood-fired oven reaches 1,000°F, and high heat or poor air quality can create unsafe conditions for our team. We’ll continue to operate normally from March–June and September–early November—thank you for your understanding!
