Our team works next to an 800-1,000 degree oven. On days when temperatures exceed 95 degrees, we ask that the oven be placed in a shaded area when possible and that the is access to a nearby space where employees can take breaks and cool down. During periods of extreme wildfire smoke or hazardous air quality, we may operate with a reduced crew. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize employee safety while continuing to provide your catering service.
